I was to write part of the new homepage, two emails (for prospects and current customers), and a LinkedIn post. I ended up doing so much more, including outlining the campaign.

With no brand voice or style to go off of for the new site launch, I relied on stepping into the shoes of customers and prospects. While the differences were subtle, I found email and UX details to make all the difference.
